Ask, and we send you a spreadsheet of every member, plan, payment and date within two working days. There is no charge for it and you do not have to explain why.
You pay once, for 14 months, and nothing is taken after that by itself. If you do not renew, you drop to the free plan. Your website stays up and you can still change it, but the member list, the reminders and the rest of the dashboard lock. You can see the pages; you cannot add to them.
Nothing is deleted for ninety days. Renew inside that window and everything is where you left it.
