Running a gym is a hundred small jobs. Renew this member. Mark that one present. Call the three people whose plans end on Friday. Each one is a few taps, and you do them with a member standing in front of you.
Gymastra AI does those jobs when you ask. You say one sentence, the way you would say it to your manager, and it is done in your own member list. You keep your eyes on the floor.
What you can say to it
There is nothing to learn. Say it the way it comes to you. These are real sentences it understands today.
Ask it
- “Who runs out this week?”
- “How much have we taken this month?”
- “Who came in today?”
- “Who left last month?”
Tell it
- “Renew Sunita for three months, cash.”
- “Mark Ramesh present.”
- “Add a new member, Anish Shrestha.”
- “Change Bikash’s mobile number.”
Send with it
- “Text Sunita that her plan ends tomorrow.”
- “Text everyone expiring this week.”
- “Text everyone who left a Dashain offer.”
It can also look up one member, show who came in on any day, list your plans and tell you how much SMS credit is left.
It asks before it acts
This is the part most owners ask about first. Gymastra AI never takes money and never sends a message on its own.
Say “renew Sunita for three months, cash” and a card comes up: Sunita, the three-month plan, the price. You read it and press okay. Then it is done. If the card is wrong, you close it and nothing has happened.
A text works the same way. You see the words and what the text will cost before a single one goes out.
Speak or type, in Nepali or English
Type it like a message, or tap the mic and say it. It waits for you to finish, then does the work, so your hands stay free.
It understands Nepali, English, and Nepali written in English letters, the way most of us type on a phone. It answers in the language you used.
It writes your SMS
Pick who the text is for: everyone whose plan ends this week, or everyone who left last month. Say what it is about, like a Dashain offer.
AI writes the text, with each member’s own name in it. You read it, you see the price, and you send it. A text costs NPR 1 for each member.
It writes your website
Every gym on Gymastra gets a free website. You answer a few questions about your gym. In about 20 seconds AI writes every part of the site and picks a design to match.
Do not like a line? Tap it and AI writes it again. This one is on the free plan, so you can try it today without paying anything.
What it will not do
- It will not take money or send a text until you press okay.
- It will not make up a number. Every figure it gives you is read from your own members and payments.
- It will not work without the internet. Like the rest of Gymastra, it needs a connection.
- It does not talk to your members. It is for you and your staff, inside your dashboard.
What it costs
The assistant and the SMS writer come with the paid plan, with the reminders, the door and the reports. It is NPR 9,999 for 14 months for the first 10 gyms, and there is no extra charge for AI. The website writer is free.
You can start with a free comeback check, or start with the free website. The full price list is on the pricing page.
Questions
Is there gym software with AI in Nepal?
Yes. Gymastra is gym software made in Kathmandu, and it has an AI assistant built in. You type or say what you want, in Nepali or English, and it does the work in your own member list: renewing a member, marking who came in, sending an SMS.
Does Gymastra AI understand Nepali?
Yes. Ask in Nepali, in English, or in Nepali written in English letters, the way most of us type on a phone. It answers in the language you asked in.
Can the AI take money or send an SMS by itself?
No. Anything that takes money or sends a message comes up as a card first, with the member, the plan and the price on it. Nothing happens until you press okay.
Which plan has Gymastra AI?
The assistant and the AI SMS writer come with the paid plan, which is NPR 9,999 for 14 months for the first 10 gyms. The AI website writer is on the free plan too.
Do I have to speak, or can I type?
Either. Type it like a message, or tap the mic and say it. It waits for you to finish, then does the work. One recording can be up to thirty seconds.
Where does my data go when I ask something?
Only when you use Gymastra AI, your question and the gym data needed to answer it are sent to the AI model that answers. Nothing is sent when you are not using it. The privacy policy names every company we use.
More on where your data goes is in the privacy policy.
