Gymastra needs a connection, so while the line is out you take cash the way you do now and enter it when you are back. Nothing is lost by the delay.
Expiry dates are worked out from the dates you enter, not from the app being awake. A membership that ran out on Tuesday still shows as run out on Thursday, and the reminders that were due go out once the connection returns.
No. Every reminder arrives as an SMS, so a member who never installs anything misses nothing.

You do. Your member list, your payments, your photos. We hold it so the software can run, and we do not sell it, share it or use it to sell anything to your members.
It sits on servers we rent and run ourselves, not on a platform we cannot see into.
Ask, and we send you a spreadsheet of every member, plan, payment and date within two working days. There is no charge for it and you do not have to explain why.
You pay once, for 14 months, and nothing is taken after that by itself. If you do not renew, you drop to the free plan. Your website stays up and you can still change it, but the member list, the reminders and the rest of the dashboard lock. You can see the pages; you cannot add to them.

Yes. Gymastra runs in the browser, so a gym in Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar or Dharan uses it exactly as one in Lalitpur or Bhaktapur does. The texts go to any Nepali mobile number.
We are in Kathmandu. Outside the valley the demo and the setup happen on the phone, and you send the register as photos.
The dashboard is in English, in short words. Member names, plan names and anything else you type can be in Devanagari and will show correctly everywhere, including in the SMS.
Dates are in Bikram Sambat, so a membership ends on 15 Aswin, not 1 October. Prefer English dates? Switch it once in settings, and the dashboard and the SMS both follow.
If English at the desk is a problem, say so on the call. It changes what we build next.
