Delete your account
For members who use the Gymastra member app.
How to ask
- In the app, open Me (your photo on Home) and tap Delete my account. It writes the email for you.
- Or email [email protected]from anywhere with your name, the mobile number you sign in with, and your gym’s name.
We reply to confirm, and may call that number to check the request is yours before deleting anything.
What we delete
- Your sign-in: PIN, signed-in phones and notification tokens.
- Fitness goals, height, weight, body measurements and progress photos you logged.
- Your profile photo and leaderboard settings.
What your gym keeps
Your gym entered your membership, payments and check-ins, and those records belong to the gym. We tell your gym about your request; ask the gym if you want them removed too. Anything we must keep for tax or legal reasons is kept only as long as the law needs.
How long it takes
Within 30 days of confirming the request. Copies in backups disappear as those backups are replaced. See the privacy policy for the rest.
